This association maintains the common medians and round abouts along Cromwell Drive. This association also maintains the pond area located at the end of Cromwell Drive.
Compliance Inspections:
This association inspects properties along Cromwell Drive and Ratcliff for maintenance and upkeep of their lots.
Architectural Review:
This association provides architectural review of exterior changes on developed lots.
Assessments:
Assessments are determined by the board of directors and assessed annually. Owners can review the Declaration for the basis of the assessment rates. In general, each lot is assessed based on total lot acreage.
2022- $318 per acre
2023- $343 per acre
Ratcliff is a private alley maintained by the association. The association is responsible for the long -term maintenance of this alley.
